Capacity that flexes
Intimate executive groups of about ten to forty in Luna Manor, larger gatherings up to two hundred fifty in the Pavilion today, and up to three hundred fifty once the Glass House opens in March 2027. The grounds have hosted three hundred-plus.
Bring your vendors
We are a bring-your-own-vendor venue for catering, facilitation, AV, and most of the day. Choose from our curated caterer network or bring your own. Our professional kitchen supports your team. Bar service runs in-house under TABC rules.

Do you handle catering?
We are a bring-your-own-vendor venue. You can choose from our curated network of premier caterers who already know the property, or bring your own. Our professional kitchen supports any catering team, from farm-to-table to executive dining.
What about technology and AV?
The property has high-speed WiFi throughout, and we can arrange audio, visual, projection, and additional tech rentals as needed so your presentations and any remote attendees are fully supported.
