What size groups can you host?
We host intimate executive groups of ten to forty in Luna Manor and larger gatherings up to two hundred fifty in the Pavilion today, with capacity rising to three hundred fifty once the Glass House opens in 2027. The whole estate is reserved for your group alone, whatever the size.
What spaces are available for meetings and events?
Luna Manor for boardroom-style sessions, the Veranda with its grand fireplace for breakouts and cocktails, the 3,600 sq. ft. Pavilion for all-hands and dinners, and fifteen acres of grounds for team activities. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the property and AV can be arranged.
How does pricing work?
Every event is quoted custom based on your dates, group size, the spaces you need, and how long you have the property. There are no packages and no published price list. The best way to get a real number is a short conversation after your tour, and we will put together a proposal tailored to your event.
Do you handle catering?
We are a bring-your-own-vendor venue. You can choose from our curated network of premier caterers who already know the property, or bring your own. Our professional kitchen supports any catering team, from farm-to-table to executive dining.
What about technology and AV?
The property has high-speed WiFi throughout, and we can arrange audio, visual, projection, and additional tech rentals as needed so your presentations and any remote attendees are fully supported.
Are there lodging options for multi-day retreats?
Several quality hotels sit within three miles of the venue, which makes multi-day retreats easy. The Hideaways at Moon Flower Hill, ten private on-property retreats with Lake Travis views, arrive in 2027 for fully immersive overnight stays.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend three to six months ahead, especially for peak seasons (February through June and September through November). Because we only host one group at a time, earlier requests have the best shot at preferred dates.
How far is it from Austin?
About thirty minutes from downtown Austin, in Volente on Lake Travis. Close enough to be easy for your team and any out-of-town guests, far enough to feel like a genuine break from the office.
