A windowless ballroom gives you good light for none of it. The same beige walls show up behind the ceremony, the toasts, and the send-off, and the day blurs into every other event that room has ever hosted.

How many guests can you host?
The property comfortably hosts up to 350 guests today. The Pavilion seats 250 for a reception, the grounds hold ceremonies up to 350, and from March 2027 the Glass House adds a 300 to 350 guest indoor space. Intimate weddings and elopements are just as welcome.
Is the venue private on our wedding day?
Yes. We host one wedding at a time, so the entire fifteen-acre estate is exclusively yours for your date. No shared spaces, no other event, and no strangers on the property.
What's included in the venue rental?
Exclusive use of the property: Luna Manor, the Pavilion, the Veranda, indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces, the Luna Room and Oak Room prep suites, kitchen access for your caterer, tables and chairs, on-site parking, and day-of venue staff.
Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?
Yes. Moon Flower Hill is a bring-your-own-vendor venue. Choose your own caterer, florist, planner, photographer, and music, from our preferred list or your own. Bar service is the one element we run in-house, as Texas TABC requires.
What happens if it rains?
The ceremony lawn is the first choice, with full indoor backups. The Pavilion is a ready contingency for up to 250 guests, and Luna Manor and the Veranda also serve as indoor options, so your day is covered whatever the weather.
How does pricing work?
Every wedding is quoted custom based on your date, guest count, the spaces you need, and how long you have the property. There are no packages and no published price list. The best next step is a short conversation after your tour.
Are there places for guests to stay?
Two hotel partners (a Hyatt and a Marriott Residence Inn) offer exclusive MFH rates about nine minutes away, with more options in Cedar Park, Leander, and downtown Austin. The Hideaways at Moon Flower Hill, our on-property retreats, begin arriving in 2027.
How far is it from Austin?
About thirty minutes from downtown Austin, in Volente on Lake Travis, and roughly forty-five minutes from Austin-Bergstrom airport. Close enough to be easy for your guests, private enough to feel like a world away.
