Indian & South Asian Weddings

Every Ceremony. Every Day.

Fifteen private acres for Mehndi, Sangeet, Baraat, the wedding, and the reception — each in its own distinct space across as many days as your celebration calls for.

Why Moon Flower Hill

Built for the Way Your Family Celebrates

Most venues were built for a single ceremony, on a single day, with a single caterer. Moon Flower Hill was not. The land, the spaces, and the rental model all flex around a multi-day South Asian wedding.

Fifteen Private Acres

Room for hundreds of guests across multiple events without ever feeling tight — and complete exclusivity for every day of your celebration.

Outdoor Ceremony Sites

Open lawns and grove settings that suit havan, agni, and other fire-centered ceremonies — outdoors where they belong, with no shared neighbors.

Bring Your Own Caterer

Choose the South Asian caterer your family loves — regional, traditional, modern, vegetarian. We do not lock you into an in-house kitchen.

Multi-Day by Design

Distinct spaces let each day of the celebration feel different — Mehndi in the Veranda lounge, Sangeet in the Pavilion, ceremony on the grounds, reception in the Glass House.

Multi-Day Event Flow

One Property. Every Ceremony in Its Own Space.

A typical multi-day wedding flows naturally across the property. Here is one shape it can take — yours can move, expand, or simplify around what your family is planning.

Day One

Mehndi

The Veranda

Lounge seating around the grand fireplace and an outdoor patio for the ceremony itself. Intimate scale, daytime light, the right backdrop for henna and pre-wedding gathering.

Day Two

Sangeet

The Pavilion

Thirty-six hundred square feet built for music, dance, and a high-energy crowd. Dance floor, performer staging, room for hundreds of guests under the open peaks at dusk.

Day Three

Ceremony

The Grounds

Open lawn settings for the wedding ceremony, including configurations that accommodate fire-centered rituals. Ancient oaks and Lake Travis as the backdrop.

Day Three (Evening)

Reception

The Glass House

From March 2027, the Glass House hosts up to 350 guests under a wood-slatted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass. Until it opens, the Pavilion handles the same crowd.

Catering Flexibility

Bring the Caterer Your Family Loves.

Moon Flower Hill does not run an in-house kitchen and does not require an approved-vendor list. Choose the South Asian caterer that makes the food your family will actually want to eat — North Indian, South Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, regional, modern, vegetarian, Jain. We do not take a cut of their invoice.

The only beverage element we run in-house is the bar — fully licensed, tiered, and easy to scale across multiple days. Our bar team coordinates with your caterer on timing for every event of the celebration.

On-Property Stays

Where Your Guests Stay

From 2027: The Hideaways at Moon Flower Hill — ten private retreats on the property. Each sleeps a small family — designed for the immediate wedding party, parents, and out-of-town elders to stay on-site across the multi-day celebration.

Until then: Lake Travis area resorts and hotels in Volente and Lago Vista are within a short drive. For larger guest counts, downtown Austin (about thirty minutes) opens up several full-service hotels that work well as a wedding-block base.

Our team can share a current list of recommended hotels and negotiated wedding-block contacts when you reach out.
