Most venues fold a long list of services into a single bundled price. We don’t. The math is simpler, the choices are yours, and the day is yours to shape.

Exclusive Use
When your event is on the calendar, the entire 15-acre property is yours. No shared spaces, no parallel weddings, no other parties drifting through.

We Provide the Spaces & the Bar
Luna Manor, the Pavilion, the Veranda, the prep suites, the grounds, and the furniture, plus a fully staffed bar program tiered to your event.

You Choose Everything Else
Your caterer, your planner, your florist, your photographer, your DJ. Every choice is yours, and your vendors are welcome here.

The Property
- Exclusive use of the 15-acre estate for your event date
- Luna Manor, 6,000 sq. ft. mansion
- The Pavilion, 3,600 sq. ft. event space
- The Veranda, covered outdoor living with grand fireplace
- The Grounds, lawns, ceremony sites, Lake Travis overlook
- On-site parking for your guests
Suites, Service & Setup
- The Luna Room, bridal preparation suite
- The Oak Room, groom's preparation suite
- Tables, chairs, and core event furniture
- Professional bar service (tiered packages, see below)
- Day-of venue staff coordinating the spaces
- The Glass House and resort-style pool, added to your rental from March 2027 onward
Bar Service
The One Service We Provide
Bar service is the only catering element we run in-house: fully licensed, fully staffed, three package tiers, each a five-hour bar. Bring your own beverages is not permitted, and the simpler arrangement keeps everyone safer and your event smoother.
Beer & Wine Package
Your choice of two beers (domestic or premium), two red wines, and two white wines from our list, plus a full selection of mixers and garnishes and an assortment of non-alcoholic options.
Classic Full Bar
Everything in Beer & Wine, plus a full spirits lineup: vodka, gin, rum, scotch, whiskey, Texas bourbon, and blanco tequila.
Premium Full Bar
Premium wines, prosecco, and top-shelf spirits throughout, the right fit for galas, milestone celebrations, and Glass House events.
Bring Your Own Vendors
Choose Your Own Vendors.
Catering, planning, photography, florals, music, lighting, rentals, every choice is yours. Have a team you already love? Invite them in.
We do keep a preferred-vendor list, people we’ve worked with, trust on the property, and recommend without hesitation. Use it as a starting point, or bring in your own team. Either way works. All outside vendors go through a simple pre-approval process.
