Most venues fold a long list of services into a single bundled price. We don’t. The math is simpler, the choices are yours, and the day is yours to shape.

When your event is on the calendar, the entire 15-acre property is yours. No shared spaces, no parallel weddings, no other parties drifting through.

We Provide the Spaces & the Bar
Luna Manor, the Pavilion, the Veranda, the prep suites, the grounds, and the furniture — plus a fully staffed bar program tiered to your event.

You Choose Everything Else
Your caterer, your planner, your florist, your photographer, your DJ. No vendor lock-ins, no kickbacks, no markups on outside services.

Bar Service
The One Vendor We Provide
Bar service is the only catering element we run in-house — fully licensed, fully staffed, four package tiers. Bring your own beverages is not permitted, and the simpler arrangement keeps everyone safer and your event smoother.
Classic
House wines, domestic and craft beer, full non-alcoholic selection. Built to please a wide guest list without fuss.
Premium
Adds call-brand spirits and a curated cocktail menu — the standard for most weddings and corporate evenings.
Ultra Premium
Top-shelf spirits, premium wines, and a custom cocktail program designed with you. Best for galas, milestones, and Glass House events.
Non-Alcoholic
A full zero-proof program — N/A wines and beers, mocktails, and barista-style coffee service.
Bring Your Own Vendors
No Vendor Lock-Ins. No Catering Markups.
Catering, planning, photography, florals, music, lighting, rentals — every choice is yours. We don’t take kickbacks, we don’t require approved-vendor status, and we don’t mark up your caterer’s invoice.
We do keep a preferred-vendor list — people we’ve worked with, trust on the property, and recommend without hesitation. Use it as a starting point, or bring in your own team. Either way works.

Ten private retreats tucked into the hillside above the property — a place for the wedding party, the host family, or out-of-town VIPs to wake up on the grounds.

What Does It Cost?
We don’t publish a price list because there isn’t one. Every event is quoted around the date, the guest count, the spaces you’ll use, the bar tier, and whether you’re booking the Glass House (from March 2027 onward).
What we can tell you up front: Moon Flower Hill is a private, full-property rental on Lake Travis. The investment reflects that. We’re a fit for couples and companies looking for an estate experience without the ballroom packaging.
