The Multi-Day Challenge

Your Celebration Does Not Fit
in a Single Ballroom

A South Asian wedding is not one event. It is three or four days of ceremonies, each with its own mood and its own guest list, from an intimate Mehndi to a Sangeet that fills the room with music to a Baraat that needs room to move.

Most venues give you a single hall and a few hours. You end up splitting events across the city, repeating setup, shuttling families between locations, and losing the thread that should connect the whole celebration.

When every event lives on one private property, the days flow into each other the way they are meant to.

The Setting

Every Ceremony,
Its Own Space

Moon Flower Hill sits on fifteen private acres above Lake Travis, reserved for your family alone. The Mehndi gathers around the Veranda fireplace, the Haldi takes the morning light on the lawn, and the Sangeet fills the Pavilion with music and dance.

The Baraat sweeps across the grounds with family and dhol leading the way, the ceremony claims an open lawn with the lake behind it, and the reception takes the Pavilion today, or the Glass House once it opens in 2027. One property, the whole celebration.

Frequently Asked

Questions From
South Asian Families

Can you host a multi-day wedding?

Yes, the property is built for it. Each event has its own space: the Mehndi on the Veranda, the Sangeet and reception in the Pavilion, the ceremony on the grounds, so a three or four day celebration flows across one private estate.

Can we bring our own South Asian caterer?

Absolutely. We are a bring-your-own-vendor venue with no in-house menu and no catering restrictions. Bring the caterer your family trusts, and our kitchen supports your team, whether the menu is vegetarian, Jain, halal, or anything else.

Do you allow fire-centered rituals and the mandap?

Yes. The open lawns are set up to welcome the mandap, the agni, and the havan. We plan the placement and safety details with you so the ceremony is done properly, not compromised.

Is there room for a Baraat?

There is. The procession moves across fifteen private acres with family, dhol, and dancing leading the way. Because the whole property is yours, there are no public streets to manage and no permits to chase.

How many guests can you host?

Up to 350 guests today. The Pavilion seats 250 under its tent-top structure, the grounds hold larger ceremonies up to 350, and from March 2027 the Glass House adds a 300 to 350 guest indoor reception space.

Is the estate private for our celebration?

Yes. We host one wedding at a time, so the entire fifteen-acre property is reserved for your family across your event days. No shared spaces and no other party on site.

Where will our guests stay?

Two hotel partners with exclusive MFH rates are about nine minutes away, with more options in Cedar Park, Leander, and downtown Austin. The Hideaways at Moon Flower Hill, our on-property overnight retreats, begin arriving in 2027.

How does pricing work?

Every celebration is quoted custom based on your dates, the events you are planning, guest count, and the spaces you need. There are no packages and no published prices. The best next step is a conversation with our team after your tour.
