How It Works
A Venue Rental, Not a Wedding Package.
Most wedding venues bundle catering, planning, florals, and a preferred photographer into one big-ticket package. We don’t. The math is simpler, the choices are yours, and the day looks like the wedding you actually want.

Exclusive Use of the Property
On your wedding date, all 15 acres are yours. No other ceremonies on the property, no parallel events, no shared spaces — just your wedding, from morning prep through the last song.

We Provide the Bar
Bar service is the only catering element we run in-house — fully licensed, fully staffed, four package tiers. Everything else is yours to choose.

Bring Your Own Vendors
Your caterer, your planner, your florist, your photographer, your DJ, your rentals. No vendor lock-ins, no kickbacks, no markups on outside services.

The Spaces

- Luna Manor — 6,000 sq. ft. mansion
- The Pavilion — 3,600 sq. ft. event space with open sides
- The Veranda — grand fireplace and outdoor entertaining
- The Grounds — ceremony lawns, gardens, oak grove, lake views
- The Glass House — added to rentals from March 2027 onward

- The Luna Room — bridal preparation suite

- Private interior access to Luna Manor for the wedding party

- Tables and chairs for ceremony, reception, and ancillary spaces

- On-site parking and event-day logistics support
Bar Service
Four Tiers. Built Around Your Guest List.
The bar is the only catering element we provide in-house. It is fully licensed, fully staffed, and tiered so you only pay for the program your wedding actually needs. Bring your own alcohol is not permitted.
Classic
House wines, domestic and craft beer, full non-alcoholic selection. The right call for a relaxed wedding without fuss.
Premium
Adds call-brand spirits and a curated cocktail menu — the standard for most weddings. A signature cocktail can be built into this tier.
Ultra Premium
Top-shelf spirits, premium wines, and a custom cocktail program designed with you. Best for large weddings and Glass House receptions.
Non-Alcoholic
A full zero-proof program — N/A wines and beers, mocktails, and barista-style coffee service. Available on its own or paired with any of the above.
Preferred Vendors
A Network You Can Use — or Skip Entirely.
Over the years we’ve built relationships with caterers, planners, photographers, florists, and designers who know the property and consistently do beautiful work here. We share that list as a starting point — not a requirement.
Already have your team? Bring them. The only outside vendor we do not allow is alcohol service, which we provide ourselves for licensing reasons.

The Hideaways at Moon Flower Hill
Ten private retreats tucked into the hillside above the property — a place for the wedding party, parents, or out-of-town family to wake up on the grounds the morning of.
Reservations open alongside the Glass House in spring 2027. Until then, we share recommended Lake Travis area hotels and wedding-block contacts on request.
