Moon Flower Hill is hiring a Sales Associate to help couples and planners discover our private estate wedding and event venue in Volente, overlooking Lake Travis.

Who we are
Moon Flower Hill is a private estate wedding and event venue on fifteen exclusive acres in Volente, Texas, about thirty minutes from downtown Austin. Couples choose us for lake overlook views, whole-property exclusivity, flexible ceremony and reception flow, and a bring-your-own-vendor (BYOV) catering model with our in-house TABC-licensed bar.
We host one celebration at a time. That privacy is part of what we sell, and it shapes how we talk with every inquiry: warm, honest, and clear about what the estate offers today.
The role
As a Sales Associate (independent contractor), you will be a primary guide for couples and planners who are considering Moon Flower Hill. At a high level, the work looks like:
- Responding to inquiries with warmth and clarity
- Qualifying fit (date, guest count range, celebration style, budget conversation readiness)
- Walking prospects through the estate story (views, spaces, exclusivity, vendor model)
- Scheduling and supporting tours
- Following up so no good lead goes quiet
- Keeping a clean pipeline so the team always knows where each conversation stands
- Handing booked clients into the next planning steps with the rest of the team
This is relationship work more than hard-close work. Couples are making a meaningful decision. Your job is to help them understand whether Moon Flower Hill is the right place for their day.

Venue sales at Moon Flower Hill means representing a real place, not a brochure. You will learn the estate: Luna Manor, the Pavilion, the Veranda, prep spaces, grounds, and the Lake Travis overlook. You will learn our planning model (BYOV catering and related vendors, with bar through Moon Flower Hill under TABC) so you can answer questions accurately.
You will also learn what we do not overclaim: we are overlooking Lake Travis as a private estate, not a beachfront hotel lawn. On-property overnight Hideaways are planned for the future and are not available now; hotel partners nearby support guest lodging today. The Glass House is opening March 2027. Accuracy builds trust, and trust books weekends.
